Career Technical Education
SfA’s CTE Program has been designed to assist conservation corps in re-aligning their training programs to meet emerging and rapidly evolving green industry needs. Using a leveraged asset model, SfA’s CTE Program will work with individual conservation corps to develop new capacities and new revenue streams.

SfA’s CTE Program is the first centerpiece program of a multidimensional strategy to move conservation corps to the forefront of the green youth development movement. SfA’s ultimate goal is to help “re-tool/re-train/re-position” corps to be local (and national) leaders in “green” CTE and youth development.

New Program and Enterprise Development
SfA can provide services that will help to refine your current programs, bringing them up to new industry standards and adapting them to new technologies. Should there be a need, SfA is available to help move your organization toward new strategic pathways and to develop new programming that will sustain the internal workings of your corps.

In addition, SfA provides program development guidance to enable conservation corps to quickly ramp up to engage in either earned income projects with public agencies or to assist in building a business model to offer these services directly to businesses and residents.
